The manual adjust actuator is independently developed, all the lead screws are well sealed, and the lubricating oil tank is provided, which can adapt to dust, sand, high humidity, multi acid and alkali complex areas, with IP65 protection grade. Equipped with customized adjustment crank, one person can adjust about 3MW per day.
The frame material is fully upgraded. More parts are made of new material galvanized aluminum magnesium, with better appearance and higher strength. The anti-corrosion level is 20 times that of hot-dipped galvanized steel. The self-contained anti-corrosion coating has the characteristics of automatic repair to ensure that the support has no corrosion for 25 years. Under the condition of ensuring the same structure strength, the steel consumption can be reduced by 10% – 20%, and the investment cost of the power station can be further reduced.
We have double beam structure to solve the problem of large wing spread of the mainstream 500W + large-size solar panels, and the frame is more stable and safe in the strong wind environment.
